Tabatha Ricci vs. Cheyanne Vlismas added to October 1st Fight Night

A clash between women strawweight’s Tabatha Ricci and Cheyanne Vlismas has been added to UFC’s October 1st Fight Night card.

The bout was originally in the works a few weeks ago, but the official date and booking were finalized just recently.

In her UFC debut, she suffered a loss to Manon Fiorot but bounced back with consecutive victories over Maria Oliveira and Polyana Viana. Now scheduled to meet Vlismas in October, Ricci will look for her third consecutive victory.

“The Princess Warrior” Vlismas (7-2-0) made her way to the UFC from the 2020 season of Dana White’s Contender Series. Since her first promotional showing, she has also gone 2-1 having won her last two bouts against Gloria de Paula and Mallory Martin.

A location and venue have yet to be determined for UFC’s October 1st Fight Night, and as of now, the card has three announced bouts.

Updated card:
