Dave Leduc needs no introduction. Smashing the boundaries of the sport, Leduc made an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience where he exposed the masses to the sport of lethwei. Leduc has fought and beat some of the sport’s biggest names like Tun Tun Min. He beat Seth Bacczynski at WLC 9 for the WLC Lethwei title. His last fight was in November of 2020 when he defeated Cyrus Washington via fourth round TKO.
Prom Samang is a Kun Khmer/Bokator fighter and is very experienced. He has 150 fights. His record is 140-10. As of right now he is on a seven-fight knockout streak and brings the fun for every fight he’s a part of.
MFC 1 took place on October 29th, 2022, and featured a lethwei title fight in its main event. There, Michal Kosik defeated Dan Lariviere via split decision. The rest of the card was paced full of MMA fights as well and provided a good night of action.
With Leduc returning for one final fight, this time in Poland, this will mark the end of his era and the beginning of him putting his efforts into the MFC project. Get ready because Leduc brings the violence, and this will be one final ride to see the lethwei legend back in action live.
