Three Championship Bouts Highlight Titan FC’s Return to the Dominican Republic for Titan FC 75

Titan Fighting Championship continues its partnership with Fighting Force Promotions and returns to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to host Titan FC 75 at the Pabellon De Esgrima Centro Olimpico on April 10th. The event’s main card is scheduled to broadcast live on UFC Fight Pass. The card is set to host 11 kickboxing and MMA bouts and is capped off with three championship contests.

“We’re excited to return to the Dominican Republic and showcase three title fights, including a Heavyweight kickboxing bout between Alex Nicholson and Oscar Sosa, two athletic Heavyweights who are exceptional strikers,” said Lex McMahon, Titan FC COO. “The Dominican Republic has become a second home for Titan FC and we’re looking forward to putting on another great event that showcases some of the best fighters in both the Caribbean and the world.”

In the main event, Titan FC Heavyweight Kickboxing gold is on the line as UFC and PFL veteran, Alex Nicholson, squares off with hometown knockout artist, Oscar Sosa.

After taking the bare-knuckle MMA scene by storm last year, Nicholson is set for his first walk of 2022. Sosa makes his sequel Titan FC kickboxing appearance after a convincing decision victory at Titan FC 69.

Co-headlining the card is a battle between two familiar faces, Landon Quinones (5-1-1) and Reynaldo Acevedo (9-3), to determine who takes home the vacant Titan FC Lightweight strap.

Sanford MMA’s Quinones gets his long-awaited title shot in his seventh promotional appearance. Acevedo makes his third walk to the Titan FC cage as one of the Caribbean’s top Lightweight prospects.

Also on the card, the Caribbean’s top Welterweight prospect, Carlos Matos (8-1), takes on submission specialist, Elias Santos (4-4), for the vacant Fighting Force Welterweight championship.

Matos looks to bounce back after dropping a decision in his challenge for Titan FC Welterweight gold last year. Santos looks to add to his 3-1 run in his first Titan FC appearance.

Six-time Jiu-Jitsu world champion, Talita Alencar (1-0) makes her second walk to the Titan FC cage and USA wrestling team member, Raymond Bunker (0-0), is set for his pro debut.

Notable names, Micaias Urena (6-3), Alberto Blas (3-3), Tommy Garcia (3-2) and Makiel Frias (3-3), all return to the Titan FC cage at Titan FC 75.

Titan FC 75 will kick off with preliminary bouts on the promotion’s Facebook page beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET, followed by the main card on UFC Fight Pass beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
