TJ Laramie Interested In Fighting “Super Overrated” Chase Hooper For UFC Debut

Interview with TJ Laramie above – Check it out

TJ Laramie (12-3) recaps his first-round TKO victory over Daniel Swain (20-10-1) at DWCS on Aug. 11 which earned him a UFC contract. TJ also talks about making history on DWCS, why he’s interested in fighting Chase Hooper in his debut, and potentially dropping to bantamweight next. TJ didn’t hold back when speaking about Hooper, who he believes isn’t at the UFC level.

“There’s tons of fights that I feel like work out well for me in the division. I wouldn’t mind fighting a guy like Chase Hooper at some point. That’s a guy who has got crazy hype, that I feel is like super overrated. I feel like that’s a fight that I could easily win you know what I mean? There’s so many names, but Chase Hooper wouldn’t be a bad one.”
