Roberto Moicano serves as a back up fighter to the main event. He weighed in at 146-pounds. He did not hit the 145-pound mark so if something happens to either Ortega or Holloway before the fight and Moicano steps in, he will not be allowed to win the title since he did not make 145-pounds.
