UFC on ESPN 7 weigh-in results – Overeem vs. Rozenstruik
The UFC hits Washington D.C. on Saturday night with UFC on ESPN 7. The event is headlined by a heavyweight bout between former title contender Alistair Overeem and rising star Jairzinho Rozenstruik. Tomorrow night’s event takes place at the Capital One Arena.
Walt Harris was originally scheduled to meet Overeem in the main event but had to withdraw from the contest after tragedy struck his family.
A pair of strawweights take the co-main event spot at Marina Rodriguez meets Cynthia Calvillo at 115-pounds.
Also, Stefan Struve returns from a brief retirement to take on the extremely well-rounded Ben Rothwell at heavyweight.
The UFC DC official weigh-ins will be at 9 a.m. ET. There will not beany ceremonial weigh-ins later in the day.
