UFC Vegas 16 results – Hermansson vs. Vettori
The UFC is back at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday with UFC Vegas 16. In the main event, rising middleweight stars Marvin Vettori and Jack Hermansson will meet at 185-pounds.
In the night’s co-main event slot, former UFC light heavyweight title contender Ovince Saint Preux meets Jamahal Hill. Yesterday Saint Preux missed weight for the fight and forfeited a percentage of his fight purse.
Just hours prior to the event’s start, the UFC announced the cancelation of three bouts: Montana De La Rosa vs. Taila Santos, Movsar Evloev vs. Nate Landwehr, and Jimmy Flick vs. Cody Durden. Of the three bouts, two were COVID related, while the Flick vs. Durden fight was a non-COVID related medical issue according to the promotion.
