UFC veteran Chris Leben gives health update, says he’s a “big fan” of Chris Barnett

Interview with Chris Leben below

Former UFC middleweight Chris Leben (22-12) gave an update on his health scare earlier this year and spoke about his successful coaching career since retiring from combat sports. Chris also spoke about fighting Anderson Silva, Silva boxing Jake Paul in October, and why UFC heavyweight Chris Barnett has made him a fan.

“There’s a lot of good guys. There are guys I watch for different reasons. I tell you who was really entertaining this last weekend. The Kung Fu Panda, yeah that guy is incredible, a big fan of his after watching his last couple of fights.”

“The Crippler” Leben was hospitalized earlier this year after a severe battle against COVID.  Now on the mend, Leben talks about the scare and says that he is 100% retired but will continue training just to stay active and stay healthy.

Leben’s last fight, a bare knuckle bout, was a first-round victory over Quentin Henry at BKFC: KnuckleMania in February 2021.
