Ben Saunders (22-13-2) discusses his welterweight fight against Ramsey Nijem (10-8) at XMMA 2 on July 30. Ben also talks about difficulties getting a fight since being released from the UFC, moving back to Florida and how he’s been training with UFC lightweight Tony Ferguson remotely this camp.
“(Tony) is actually helping me a bit for this fight too. We’re doing some workouts (remotely) it’s good. I’ll probably be seeing him tonight as well. It’s been going great. His training’s starting to pick up again too. I’m pretty sure he’s trying to fight before the end of the year.”
