Battlefield Fight League – BFL 67 results
These are your BFL 67 results. Battlefield Fight League’s sophomore broadcast on UFC Fight Pass goes down on Friday, June 4th. Two title fights top what is an overall intriguing card that emanates from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
In the main event, Caio Machado defends his BFL heavyweight championship against Unified MMA heavyweight champion Christian Larsen. Machado vs Larsen is a high-stakes battle between regional MMA kings in Canada and only one can emerge as the best in the country.
The evening’s co-feature is for the BFL welterweight championship. Dejan Kajić and Kyran Cameron occupy the roles of champion and challenger in this compelling clash at 170 pounds.
Dejan Kajić has held BFL middleweight gold and aims to make his second welterweight title defense here. He enters this bout with the experience edge while Cameron is undefeated. Kyran Cameron is 5-0 and has finished his last three contests in the first round with a myriad of highlight-reel submissions and striking displays.
Also, Zack Powell vs Dario Sinagoga is a high-stakes bout although the stakes might not be the same for each fighter here. This was slated as a lightweight title eliminator bout heading in but question marks begin emerging with the backdrop of Sinagoga missing weight.
Per MMA Empire, Sinagoga missed the 155-pound mark by seven pounds but the bout is still a go. Powell made the weight so one can infer that this is still a title eliminator for him but not so with Sinagoga who missed the mark.
