Bellator MMA held Bellator 197 at The Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri, April 13 . The event was broadcast live and free on Paramount Network and featured a main event between former lightweight champion Michael Chandler and Brandon Girtz. Girtz stepped up to replace an injured Brent Primus, the man who defeated Chandler for the title.
