Cobra Kai Star Martin Kove Part of Next Dancing With the Stars Season

Never in a million years did I ever think I would be writing about Dancing With The Stars. I’ve never been a fan of the show and only watched to see how bad Carole Baskin was. But, here we are. Cobra Kai and Karate Kid star, Martin Kove announced today that he will be on the upcoming season of the show.

Martin Kove Career Revival

Dancing With The Stars returns with Martin Kove with season 30 on September 20, 2021. There are a few other names on the season, of course, but none of them are in Cobra Kai so do you really care?

Martin Kove has had a career revival ever since his return to his infamous role of John Kreese in Cobra Kai. While he’s consistently been a part of action movies, Cobra Kai is his biggest phenomenon with the Karate Kid franchise revival.

This December, Kreese returns to Cobra Kai for the show’s fourth series who’s is confirmed to bring back Karate Kid III villain, Terry Silver. The fifth season was greenlit by Netflix already, ahead of season four’s release.

Season 3 of Cobra Kai was received rave reviews and pushed the series to new heights of popularity.

For those who have been living under a rock for the past fifteen years, Dancing With The Stars takes pop culture stars and pairs them with professional dancers and have an elimination tournament. Paige VanZant was a part of season 22 finishing second. Chuck Liddell also participated season 9 placing 11th. Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Victor Ortiz also participated in the hit ABC show.

Catch Dancing With The Stars on September 20th for Kove’s Cobra Kai takeover. No mercy.
