Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds 155lb Team Duels – LIVE RESULTS

Today, Sunday, December 18, 2022, at 3 PM PT/6 PM ET, Eddie Bravo’s Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds holds its first Team Duels event with 4 teams of 5 men, 155 pounds or under, battling it out for a cash prize of $50,000. There will also be a main event superfight between UFC veteran Urijah Faber and Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds Champion Elijah Anderson. The event will be held in Cancun, Mexico. MyMMANews will have all your results.

Four teams – The B Team, Team 10th Planet, Team Alpha Male, and Team Combat Jiu Jitsu Mexico – will be competing in a lightweight combat jiu jitsu style tournament for the very first time. The combat jiu jitsu ruleset allows for open hand palm strikes once the action hits the ground. There is also a “get down” rule if the match does not hit the ground for a full minute, which requires the competitors to get down on the mat and start from there to allow for the palm strikes. As usual, the event will be live streamed on UFC Fight Pass.  Match results will be updated below as the event progresses.  Get the info below.
