DWCS Winner Javid Basharat thinks Sean O’Malley matchup would be “easy fight”

Interview with Javid Basharat above

Javid Basharat (11-0) recaps his third-round submission victory over Oron Kahlon (16-1) at DWCS on Oct. 26. Javid also talks about the horrible comments his opponent made before the fight, moving his entire camp to Las Vegas going forward and why Sean O’Malley would be an easy fight for him.

“I think people are going to be calling me out of anything. But one guy actually, I heard him say he like oh he doesn’t want to fight ranked fighters because he’s not getting paid and that’s Sean O’Malley. I think that’s a crazy, good fight for the fans. I think that’s an easy fight for me to be honest, I’m going to be honest with you right now. That’s my opinion. But at the same time, it’s a great matchup. Two strikers that can strike. It could determine what the future of the division looks like.”
