EFC 100 Card Gets Three Additional Fights Added

The historic EFC 100 event is now just over a month away and the promotion continues to stack the card up.

Two title fights are expected to take place on December 1st, with one that will witness Joe Cummins‘ first defence of the EFC Lightweight championship against Cole Henning. That fight would serve as the Brit’s first title defence since capturing the gold at EFC 77 back in 2019 before the pandemic kept him away from his championship obligations on the African continent.

The other title fight expected to take place at the event is the highly anticipated rematch between Luke Michael and Pupanga Tresor. The initial clash between the two took place at EFC 92 in March of this year, and the fight ended in controversy with Michael ultimately walking away with the Middleweight championship. Since then, fight fans have been patiently awaiting the rematch between the two and it seems the EFC is set to have that fight take place on their biggest card yet.

Over the past two weeks, the EFC has confirmed three fights that will also feature on the upcoming card.

A rematch between Chris Dove and Rodrique Kena will take place at lightweight following their first encounter ending in a No Contest. Billy Oosthuizen will also be making his return to the Hex against Stephan de la Rey in a featherweight bout. The third fight that was added to the card is a clash between Jessica Mouneimne and Alice Ardelean, and that will be to crown a new women’s Strawweight champion.

With the addition of the Mouneimne versus Ardelean fight, this makes the EFC 100 card a possible three-title fight night. With three confirmed fights and two highly possible fights on the card, the EFC 100 card is promising to be a highly-competitive and stacked affair featuring the best clashes.
