Jared Revel hoping LFA title fight will lead to UFC call after TUF 29 snub

Interview with Jared Revel above

Jared Revel (11-2) discusses his vacant middleweight title fight against Josh Silveira (6-0) at LFA 119 on Dec. 3. Jared also talks about how he ended up training at Fight Ready, working with ONE Heavyweight Champion Arjan Bhullar, and how he wasn’t denied an opportunity on TUF 29 close to filming time.

“Literally I remember they came in my room the day before, we chatted for three hours. They claimed there were issues with the paperwork at the last minute. So that kind of screwed me on that opportunity. So I was down was in Vegas, then I went to Arizona (to train at Fight Ready) I think maybe my age hurt me a bit because I have an 11-2 record (for DWCS). I don’t know why I wouldn’t be there. So that’s one thing I think that holds me back.”
