Marc Diakiese vs. Damir Hadzovic set for July 23rd
UFC lightweights Marc Diakiese and Damir Hadzovic are set to face off on July 23rd at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Aspinall.

Diakiese (15-5-0) made his way to the UFC following a solid BAMMA lightweight championship run back in 2016. Under the UFC banner, Diakiese has gone 6-5, with victories over the likes of Joe Duffy and Lando Vannata. His most recent walk to the octagon came in March of this year, where he defeated Viacheslav Borshchev via unanimous decision.
His opposition, Hadzovic (14-6-0), entered the UFC octagon for the first time the same year as Diakiese. With a 4-4 UFC record, he defeated Yancy Medeiros via unanimous decision in his last outing.
With both men coming off of wins, they will both look to advance to a 2-fight win streak come July.
UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Aspinall takes place in London, England on July 23rd.
