Crazy 88’s MMA standout, Matt Hicks came, saw and he conquered, capturing the Stellar Fights bantamweight title at Stellar Fights 41. Hicks dethroned the longtime reigning champ, Ben Coyle with relative ease and is back to defend his belt at Stellar Fights 43. This time, Hicks is slotted to face another tough striker in Hiroshi Hayashi-out of Delaware’s Diamond State MMA.

Talking with Hicks, he emphasized how he and his team at Crazy 88’s are “skill-building” at the moment to prime him for the next level. His upcoming title defense with Hayashi will be a definitive test where the undefeated champ, Hicks swims in a sea full of regional bantamweight talent.
