Nick Negumereanu vs. Ihor Potieria added to UFC 277
A battle between light heavyweights, Nick Negumereanu and Ihor Potieria, has been added to the stacked UFC 277 card, which is set to take place in Dallas, Texas on July 30th.
Negumereanu (12-1-0) served as the former light heavyweight champion of RXF before making his way to the UFC back in 2019. Despite losing his promotional debut, he has gone on to win three straight. In his last three bouts, he defeated Aleksa Camur, Ike Villanueva, and Kennedy Nzechukwu. At just 27-years-old, Negumereanu holds 10 finishes as a professional with 7 by way of knockout and 3 by way of submission.
His opponent, Potieria, holds a record of 20-2-0 with 16 finishes. Making his promotional debut at UFC 277, he made his way to the UFC off of the 2021 season of Dana White Contender Series where he defeated Lukasz Sudolski via first-round TKO.
