Obinna Egbebike, about to enter hornet’s nest at AOW 13

Obinna Egbebike did his first ever MMA media interview with us at MyMMANews.  Obinna is a very humble, calm, intelligent young fighter who is about to be in a completely different environment to that of his personality as he prepares to step into the cage against John Garbarino at Art of War 13 on September 28th in South Philadelphia’s famed 2300 Arena.  Garbarino (3-0) is one of the largest ticket sellers in regional MMA that I can remember.  His fans bring energy and a lot of noise as they cheer for their guy.  Egbebike (2-1) will need to block out the noise if he wants to come away victorious this weekend.  He seems like the type of young man who will be unfazed by all of the outside distractions.

Please check out our full interview in the link above.  Obinna trains with Erik Purcell at MPR Endurance MMA.  MPR is a beautiful facility and offers tons of different amenities including Sambo training.  They have a well rounded and tough fight team who will undoubtedly have Obinna prepared to perform at his best.  Look in to see what he has to say.

I will be cageside with the Big Homie Justin Haskell handling commentary as well as post-fight interviews.  You can also get live results right here at MyMMANews as we continue to be the greatest site on the planet as far as combat sports coverage.  No one brings you regional MMA like we do.

From the lowest level, to the highest, he only cares about the two warriors who do battle once the cage doors close. Everything else is secondary. Without their blood, sweat, and tears, he would not be here enjoying every minute.
