WSOF Vet Ozzy Dugulubgov On Running All Amateur MMA Promotion “Revolt Fighting League”

Interview with Ozzy Dugulubgov above

10-fight MMA veteran Ozzy Dugulubgov talks about running his new promotion “Revolt Fighting League” which has their first show on April 23. Ozzy also explains why he cut his MMA career so short, nearly fighting Justin Gaethje and why he decided to become a promoter

“By 2015/2016, I was the number #1 contender in the World Series Of Fighting’s lightweight division. And health problems came in. I had to undergo some surgeries, took some time off. During that time off one of the things that was in me, was the point of view of the other side of fighting, the promoting side. What would I do if I was the promoter? I would always make notes of things I don’t like. If I was running the show, this is how I would do things. When I was financially ready to do something like that myself, without any kind of investors or anything. Let me try and show the fighters that this game can be made differently, fighters can be treated differently. There are different views on how to run these shows. And here I am trying to make it happen.”

REVOLT FIGHTING LEAGUE is the newest New Jersey-based MMA promotion for Amateur and Professional fighters. RFL 1 will take place live on April 23, 2022 at the Rahway Recreation Center.
