Titan FC 65 results – Graves submits Jasse, forfeits title after weight miss

Titan Fighting Championship officials held Titan FC 65 on Sunday, November 22 at Pabellón de Esgrimain in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The afternoon card was held with the promotion’s strategic partner, Fighting Force MMA and was broadcast live via UFC Fight Pass.

The event was held just one day after Titan FC COO Lex McMahon made his professional mixed martial arts debut at age 49-years-old. McMahon defeated 24-fight veteran Justin Thornton in the main event of Fighting Force 4.

In the Titan FC 65 event, Michael Graves missed weight for his welterweight championship title defense against Oton Jasse. As a result of coming in over the limit, Graves was stripped of the title and only Jasse could win the belt on Sunday. Luckily for Graves he was able to finish Jasse early, just 77-seconds into the contest and will likely earn another opportunity to reclaim what was previously his.

Also, former flyweight champion Juan Puerta returned to the promotion and defeated Franklin Mireles by way of unanimous decision.

The card featured one kickboxing bout and four other mixed martial arts competitions.
