Wrestling Standout Richie Lewis Now Training At Sanford MMA Ahead Of Titan FC 74 Bout

Interview with Richie Lewis above

Richie Lewis (2-0) discusses his upcoming fight against Jason Russell (0-2) at Titan FC 74.  The card which was originally scheduled for February 18 was moved to March 4, now at the  Hyatt Regency Miami.

In the video above, Lewis also spoke about difficulties securing an opponent, what his goals are this year and training at Sanford MMA.

“As you know I was at the Goat Shed Academy, that was my first gym and I learned a lot there. I’m very grateful for it. I just think it was time to move to a bigger gym and get a new feeling. My striking coach Dieter Navarro trains under (Henry) Hooft and he was making the move, so it was just a really easy transition. One day I’m training with Ian Garry, next one I’m with Jared Gordon, then I’m with Herbert Burns. I’m getting the best rounds in and it’s kind of validating where I am from a confidence level.”
