Dave Bautista is a former WWE wrestling champion who also had his hand in the sport of mixed martial arts, going 1-0.
According to Paste Magazine, now the former wrestler and mixed martial artist turned famed actor will have a role in a major Hollywood sequel, a follow up to the 1982 hit, Blade Runner.
The original film which starred iconic actor Harrison Ford will be followed up later this year and it is expected that Ford will reappear in the film alongside Bautista who has had major roles in Guardians of the Galaxy, Spectre, Heist, and more.
Bautista was signed to WWE under the ring name Batista. He is a six-time world champion, winning the World Heavyweight Championship four times and the WWE Championship twice. He had the longest ever reign as World Heavyweight Champion, and has won the World Tag Team Championship three times (twice with Ric Flair and once with John Cena) and the WWE Tag Team Championship once (with Rey Mysterio).
His lone mixed martial arts bout was a TKO victory over Vince Lucero in October 2012.
