Although not boasting the most amount of fights on an ESPN Africa Boxing card, this event is set to be an exciting one. The ESPN Africa Boxing 19 card offers seven fights and will feature top-class talent from Malawi, Philippines, Tanzania, as well as South Africa.

The co-main event of the evening is a super lightweight 10-round bout as South Africa’s Xolisani Ndongeni welcomes the Philippines’ Reymond Yanong to the African continent. Ndongeni and Yanong both look to make a statement with this fight.

The main event is also a battle of nations as Jackson Chauke represents South Africa against Mustafa Mkupasi of Tanzania. With Chauke being the #1 ranked Flyweight in South Africa and Mkupasi being holding the #2 spot in Tanzania, this match-up promises to be an explosive hard-hitting affair. The stakes rise further with the ABU Flyweight Championship on the line and both boxers looking to be the one that has their hand raised once it’s all said and done at the end of the 12 rounds.
