Jordan Burroughs and Zahid Valencia to Wrestle November 14th

Jordan Burroughs returns to action on November 14thas he takes on the two time NCAA champion, Zahid Valencia at 185. The card will take place on FloWrestling live. The card will feature seven wrestling matches from three international wrestling styles, something fans have been clamoring for.

Jordan Burroughs needs no introduction. He is an Olympic gold medalist, four time World Champion, three bronze World medals, and has won a laundry list of other gold medals across the World Cup, Pan Americas, and the US Open. Burroughs won two NCAA DI Championships while in college as well. Burroughs also ran through Ben Askren at the Beat the Streets event in 2019, teching the UFC star. Burroughs is a fan favorite in the wrestling community and is in a heated battle with Kyle Dake to make the US Olympic team for 2021.

Zahid Valencia is a two time NCAA DI champion out of Arizona State. At 184, he’s had incredible success with the Sun Devils. He’s won the Cliff Keen Invitational, the Midlands, and many more rewards. Valencia comes in with the monumental task of defeating the great Burroughs and can bring some unique challenges to the Olympian.
