Modestas Bukauskas: ‘This is my time to show I’m UFC material’ in CW 111 title defense

Modestas Bukauskas is excited to accomplish two goals this Friday at Cage Warriors 111: defend his light heavyweight title successfully to cement his place at the championship table, and prove he is ready to compete in the UFC Octagon.

The 25-year-old Bukauskas will defend his title against Riccardo Nosiglia in one of three title fights on the stacked Cage Warriors 111 event, which takes place at Indigo at the O2 in London. The event will air on UFC Fight Pass in the US.

Bukauskas also gives his take on how he sees he fight coming to a conclusion, which will make the judg

“In my eyes, I feel I will finish the fight,” Bukauskas told MyMMANews.com. “I feel very confident in my abilities. Listen, I give all respect to Riccardo, he’s an amazing fighter. He’s very powerful and a very good fighter, but this is my time. This is my time to show off my full skillset and to show I am UFC material. I just want to go out there, put on the best performance ever, and go and finish my opponent.”
