Muhammad Mokaev previews his upcoming fight against Charles Johnson at UFC London

Muhammad Mokaev had just about as good as a UFC debut as anyone could ask for and now he’s ready to do it again.

In his octagon debut in March at UFC London, Mokaev, who is the youngest fighter on the UFC roster at just 21-years-old, needed just 58 seconds to submit Cody Durden.

After an impressive start, Mokaev will now take on Charles Johnson when the UFC returns to London on July 23.

Mokaev, who was born in Dagestan and later moved to Manchester, England with his family, is looking forward to competing in the UFC once again. As for his opponent, he’s not impressed with the man he’ll be sharing the cage with that night.

In Mokaev’s opinion, Johnson has some skills on his feet, but Mokaev doesn’t think that will really matter because he is planning on putting Johnson on his back and dominating him on the ground.

Prior to the fight at UFC London, Mokaev spoke with MyMMANews about the matchup, his impressive career up to this point which has featured a 23-0 amateur record, working with the Hickman Brothers and a 7-0 professional record and currently training at American Top Team.
