LFA 75

New LFA 75 Main Event has Troy Lamson vs. Arthur Estrázulas

Clay Collard being re-signed by the UFC left a hole at the top of the LFA 75 card which has since been filled by Troy “Pretty Boy” Lamson.

Quote from LFA.com: “LFA will be returning to Utah with a new main event at LFA 75,” stated Ed Soares LFA CEO. “Clay Collard was signed to the UFC just a few days after we announced that he would be headlining LFA 75. NCAA Division I wrestler and top MMA prospect Troy Lamson will now headline the card in Collard’s spot against the dangerous BJJ black belt Arthur Estrázulas. These two prospects will look to make a statement in our exciting lightweight division on Friday, September 6th.”

Lamson makes his promotional debut on the strength of a 7-fight win streak. The two most recent wins have come over LFA vets Joe Elmore and Robert Hale. The Michigan native wrestled at the division one level in college for Michigan State.

Estrázulas, as mentioned, is a BJJ Black Belt, but unlike most grapplers of that caliber, the Rio Grande Do Sul native has also competed for Glory Kickboxing; one of the top Kickboxing organizations in the world. The Kings MMA product put on a tremendous performance at LFA 69 submitting fellow Bellator vet Steve Kozola by rear naked choke in the first round.

LFA 75 takes place at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah on September 6th
