NLWC Rokfin Card Announces Retherford-Humphrey and More to Nov 24th Card
The Nittany Lion Wrestling Club has announced more wrestling matches for their Rokfin card on November 24th. Matches announced are Zain Retherford vs. Reece Humphrey, Bo Nickal vs. Nate Jackson and Nick Lee vs. Brandon Wright. The card will air exclusively on Rokfin. All announced matches on the NLWC Rokfin card will be freestyle wrestling.
Last Thursday, NLWC announced the first matchup, David Taylor, the two time World Champion, will take on the NCAA Champion, Gabe Dean. Taylor was a four time NCAA finalist, winning two National Championships for Penn State. Taylor was out of due to injury and returned this year, qualifying the US for the 86 kilogram weight for the Olympic Games.
Zain Retherford is a World Team member and is taking on former World Team member, Reece Humphrey. Retherford has been on a tear lately and looks to continue his momentum into the NLWC Rokfin card and hopefully the Olympic Games. Retherford one three championships for Penn State.
On the other side of the card, Bo Nickal looks to finish out his wrestling career as the 2021 Olympic Games draws closer. Nickal plans to transition over to MMA and has been seen training with Jorge Masvidal. Nickal won three national championships and is sitting at number 2 on the National Team at 92 kilograms.
Finally, Nick Lee and Brandon Wright are set to square off on the NLWC Rokfin card as well.
