The finale to the first ever all female season of the Ultimate Fighter, TUF 20 will take place tomorrow, Dec. 12.
In the main event fighting for the title are Carla Esparza and Rose Namajunas. After six weeks in the house, both ladies defeated each opponent put in front of them. Most recently Esparza won a decision over Jessica Penne to move onto the finale and Namajunas submitted Randa Markos.
Before the first ever 115-pound, strawweight women’s champion is crowned in the UFC, the fighters must all make weight. All other ladies who participated in the show, minus Justine Kish will fight on the card. Kish sustained a knee injury that required surgery and could not fight.
The night was not with drama as some of the ladies who did not get along in the house shared their feelings for one another. Rowdy Bec Rawlings gave Heather Jo Clark the one finger salute, while Lisa Ellis turned away from Felice Herrig who raised her arm high in the air.
Daron Cruickshank knew he was close to allowable weight limit and immediately stripped and went behind the towel on his first attempt but made the 156 mark with ease. Charles Oliveira would see the same fate but did not make it. He has two hours to lose one pound. Aisling Daily also has to lose one pound.
Below are the weigh-in results for the card that will take place tomorrow at the Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada.
