(NASDAQ: AMMA), the only publicly-traded professional mixed martial arts company that unifies elite regional promotions and aspiring MMA champions, announced today that the company has agreed to work with the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL to produce multiple Mixed Martial Arts events at the property during 2018, the first of which is scheduled for Saturday, March 17 at the resort’s Hard Rock Event Center.

Adding Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to Alliance MMA’s growing portfolio of casino partners represents another milestone in achieving the Company’s stated objective of upgrading its venues to produce significantly better economics. In certain cases, agreements with casino properties that include lodging operations provide the Company with site fees, as well as complimentary room and meal provisions for fighters and staff. During 2018, Alliance expects to produce nearly 100 regional MMA events, including fights at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ, as well as the Horseshoe Hammond and Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa, both situated near Chicago, IL.
