Jon Jones submits former New York Giant Michael Strahan

Ahead of his light heavyweight title defense against number one contender Glover Teixeira this coming weekend, Jon Jones met with television talk-show hosts Kelly Ripa and former New York Giant, Michael Strahan.

Being wary of his surroundings and not going full-force Jones was able to escape without injury but not before submitting Strahan with an armbar.
