UFC on FOX 16 results – Dillashaw does it again

UFC on FOX 16 was held at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, and just like the first time they met, T.J. Dillashaw defeated Renan Barao via TKO in the fourth round.  The result the same, except this time he was defending the title he won in the first outing.  With the win Dillashaw likely closed the opening for a Barao trilogy bout.

In the co-main event Miesha Tate earned another UFC women’s bantamweight title shot after she outpointed Jessica Eye.  If Ronda Rousey gets past the challenger, Bethe Correia this coming Saturday, Tate will fight Rousey for a third time.
