Cody Gibson (16-7) discusses his bantamweight fight against Louie Sanoudakis (8-2) at XMMA 2 on July 30. Cody also talks about his stint with the UFC, battling injuries the last two years and fighting Louie Sanoudakis instead of fellow UFC vet John Dodson. Cody believes he’ll finish the Tristar Product on July 30th.

“Louie, he’s a tough, dude I respect him. He’s got a blackbelt in jiu-jitsu, good sweeps, good submissions. His standup has come a lot way. I just think I’m going to be able to dictate wherever the fight takes place and pick him apart. That’s really my plan, whether that be on the feet or on the ground, or mixing up both. I just feel like I’ll be a step ahead of him.”
