Andre Harrison on CES MMA debut Nov. 7, training at Sanford MMA and UFC aspirations

Interview with Andre Harrison above

Andre Harrison (22-2-1) discusses his featherweight fight against Mauro Chaulet (14-7) at CES 65 on Nov. 7. Andre also how this opportunity came together, training at Sanford MMA and how a win in his CES debut should lead to a big-league call-up.
“Part of the thing that was super frustrating. You’re so close that you don’t want to take (a short-notice fight). People would call me on a Thursday and be like ‘can you make weight and fight tomorrow?’ I’m like ‘c’mon man because I don’t walk around at 146-pounds.’ We actually just did medicals just in case a fight came up and I could take it. Again happy to be fighting here on the 7th, but ups to CES. But we got some work to do on the 7th.”

CES 65 fight card:

Yorgan De Castro vs. Danyelle Williams – 265 lbs
Andre Harrison vs. Mauro Chaulet – 145 lbs
Ashiek Ajim vs. Carlos Espinosa – 135 lbs
John Douma vs. Tristan Lindi – 135 lbs
Nathan Ghareeb vs. David Bollea – 145 lbs
Pat McCrohan vs. Hugh McKenna – 185 lbs
Aaron Hughes vs. Miguel Cuevas – 145 lbs
