Bellator 148 results: Daley KO’s Uhrich, calls out Josh Koscheck for rematch

Bellator 148 was held tonight at teh Save Mart Center in Fresno, California. The night’s main card aired on Spike and preliminary bouts streamed here on MyMMANews.com

In the main event Paul Daley blasted Andy Uhrich in the very first round and then called out Josh Koscheck who was supposed to fight on the card but pulled out due to injury.  Daley and Koscheck have history with one another stemming back to their fight in the UFC in 2010 where Daley clocked Koscheck after the final bell subsequently being terminated by the UFC.

Now that Koscheck has signed with Bellator the marketable fight is to have the two rematch in a grudge match.

In the co-main event Paul Bradley defeated Chris Honeycutt via TKO just 40 seconds into the fight.  Also Patricky ‘Pitbull’ Freire defeated Ryan Couture via knockout, also in the first round.
