Before she heads to Biloxi, Mississippi for her Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 2 pay-per-view headlining bout, professional boxer Britain Hart works with her coach to demonstrate this week’s MyMMANews ‘Technique of the Week.’
Hart demonstrates how to work yourself into the clinch, get the job done, and then quickly get away without taking much damage.
The 28-year old Hart went 4-3 as a boxer and will now face her biggest challenge to date, former UFC fighter Bec Rawlings. Rawlings fought on and won her debut bare knuckle bout at BKFC 1 in June. Since then she quickly became the face of the sport.
