Cage Warriors 122 adds Morgan Charriere vs. Jordan Vucenic Main Event

Cage Warriors 122 has it’s main event and it’s a doozy. On March 20th at the York Hall in London, England, French superstar, Morgan Charriere, will defend his newly captured featherweight title against Jordan Vucenic. The fight will air on UFC Fight Pass.

“Welcome to my era,” said the 16-7 Charriere as he gets ready to defend his title for the first time. “As a champion, I will always defend against the number one contender. I am ready to show again why I am one of the best featherweights in the world. This belt ain’t going anywhere.”

Morgan Charriere captured the crown at The Trilogy Strikes Back with a body shot finish of Perry Andre Goodwin. Ready to get back in action, Charriere looks to make it four straight. Charriere is a super popular fighter that gathers a crowd any time he fights, anywhere it may be. His fans travel quite well.

Charriere’s opponent, Jason Vucenic, looks to make a statement with a win at Cage Warriors 122. Joining the promotion in 2019, Vucenic has gone undefeated at 3-0 and is 7-1 overall. “[The Cage Warriors Title] was one of my main dreams when starting the sport, and it’s been an amazing show to work with and grow as a fighter. No easy fights.”

The fight marks the return of the ever popular Charriere as he takes on a tough opponent in Vucenic and will be a banger of scrap that fans won’t want to miss.

Cage Warriors 122 is the cap on a third Trilogy from the UK based promotion. The event takes place from March 18th to the 20th and will feature some of the best European prospects out there. The cards included will be numbered 120, 121, and 122.
