David Feldman Says Paige VanZant Will Make a BKFC Return in Spring or Summer

It has been up in the air if Paige VanZant will fight out the remainder of her contract with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

During her time in the UFC, VanZant went 5-4 with very solid wins over Felice Herrig, Bec Rawlings, and Rachel Ostovich. After testing out free agency, VanZant decided to join the BKFC roster.

VanZant signed a deal with the organization and made her bare-knuckle debut against Britain Hart at BKFC: Knuckle Mania in 2021. After losing the fight via a unanimous decision, VanZant took on Rachel Ostovich for a second time at BKFC 19. After suffering another loss, it was unclear if VanZant would return to the BKFC squared-circle.

However, BKFC president David Feldman recently told MMAjunkie that “she will definitely be back in late spring [or] early summer. 100 percent Paige will be back.”

Though there is no date or opponent for VanZant, it sounds like she is ready to return to the BKFC ring sometime soon. There have been talks about a VanZant and Ostovich trilogy, but Feldman may have a fresh match-up in mind for her next fight.

For now, it may be best to plan on a spring or summer return for Paige VanZant as she looks to snap her losing streak and get her first win in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
