Fight Night on AXS TV! Two Titles Are on the Line at CES 45 | TONIGHT at 9/8c

Tonight AXS TV is back at the Twin River Casino for the first CES MMA event since May. Two titles are on the line at CES 45. The Heavyweights showdown in the main event as the champ and number one ranked Ashley “Gio” Gooch (10-5) takes on BJJ Black Belt Juliano “Banana” Coutinho (7-3). Gooch has previously bulldozed through three opponents on AXS, including Greg Rebello, but if Coutinho is able to get the fight on the ground, he may just have it in the bag.

With the featherweight champ Matt “The Mangler” Bessette on the mend, Pedro Gonzalez (12-5) and Saul “The Spider” Almeida (19-8) are set to go to war for the interim featherweight strap. Neither of these guys have been finished often, so watch for a brutal five-round battle for the interim belt!

The action starts at 9/8c on AXS TV with commentators Ron Kruck, UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich & Phoenix Carnevale.
