Don Frye “forced” to the hospital – VIDEO
Mixed martial arts legend Don Frye was rushed to the hospital earlier this week following breathing complications caused by an irregular heartbeat.
On Wednesday, the former UFC and Pride FC icon, posted a video to his YouTube account stating that he had AFib (Atrial Fibrillation), a common heart arrhythmia where the upper chambers beat irregularly and too fast, causing a rapid, erratic pulse, fatigue, shortness of breath, and dizziness.
“What brought me in here [is] my daughter,” Frye said. “Gary Goodridge turned on me, betrayed me, went behind my back [and] called the boss [his daughter]. The boss came over and threw me in the truck and we got stuck here [in the hospital] for a few days. And I had AFib [Atrial Fibrillation] again. They shot me [with medicine] back in 2016 and it lasted almost a decade.”
