Hannah Rokala (1-0) recaps her first-round TKO victory over Kara Marie Vislosky (1-4) at Showcase MMA 27 on Aug. 27. Hannah also spoke about her win going viral on social media, how she celebrated after the victory and why she’s looking to take some time off following her first professional fight.
“I’m going to talk to my coaches and let my leg heal up a little bit. Get back to the drawing board, I always look back on my fights and see where I can get better. This was like my fifth fight in five months, take the holidays (off) and spend time with family. Train and work on some new skills. If I’m good to do it, I’d like to do the no-gi (Pan IBJJF), as a purple belt. That would be really cool. Maybe beginning of next year do another pro-fight.”
