Logan Paul tells Donald Trump he was willing to fight his brother when Mike Tyson got sick
Donald Trump, 45th President of the United States, recently spoke with Logan Paul on the Impaulsive Podcast on a variety of topics to include combat sports.
Trump asked Paul if he had ever fought his brother Jake Paul, who has a boxing match scheduled against famed former boxer Mike Tyson later this year.
“You wanna know something,” Paul asked the former President.
“I wanna know,” Trump said. “You are both good.”
“Thank you. Not in real life.”
“You’ve practiced,” Trump retorted.
“Never. We’ve never even sparred.”
Paul was then asked if he ever beat Jake up while the two young men were growing up.
“I punched him in the face once cause he took my glasses,” Paul said. “But I was willing to step in for Mike Tyson, when Tyson got sick ad had to postpone his fight. We actually ran it up the chain at NetFlix.”
Tyson was to face Paul on July 20 in Texas but that was recently postponed after the 57-year-old suffered a medical emergency on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles due to an ulcer flare up, his representatives said in a statement. “Jake Paul, this may have bought you some time, but in the end, you will still be knocked out and out of boxing for good,” Tyson said in a statement.
