Rambolek Dethrones Nabil Anane With Unanimous Decision Victory To Capture ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title
Bangkok, Thailand: ONE Championship (ONE) returned to the iconic Lumpinee Stadium with The Inner Circle Superfan Club Fights.
Hard-hitting Thai sensation Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon orchestrated the biggest victory of his career by dethroning Nabil Anane to capture the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title in the headlining attraction.
Anane operated from a safe distance during the opening frame and fired off crisp combinations just outside his opponent’s striking range. The challenger meticulously downloaded the defending champion’s timing through patient and calculated defense.
In the second stanza, Rambolek targeted Anane’s base and chopped down the towering 6-foot-3 phenom with brutal low kicks. The Algerian-Thai fighter continued pushing the pace despite the mounting damage to his lead leg.
The tide turned in the third round when Rambolek unleashed a monstrous overhand right perfectly on the button to send Anane crashing to the canvas. The surging challenger scored a second devastating knockdown in the fourth frame, utilizing the same punch to solidify his dominance.
Anane came out firing with urgency to salvage his crown in the fifth and final round, but Rambolek showcased veteran ring savvy to maintain an impenetrable defense and completely stifle the defending World Champion.
In the end, all three judges scored the bout in favor of Rambolek to win via unanimous decision.
