All You Need to Know about Pixel 7 and 7 Pro

If you are looking for a true android flagship phone with a fabulous camera and absolute simplicity of Android OS, then the wait is over. Google launches the Pixel 7 and a bigger brother, the Pixel 7 Pro, following the previous year’s trend. It is more like an evolution than a revolution. They always rely on improving the user’s experience over packaging up features.

For many people, it’s an ambition to get a bite of the exclusivity of big-budget Pixel devices – so, bet online casino can be your one-stop financial solution for it and have fun simultaneously. Let us find out everything in the article.

Design

For the Pixel 7 Pro, the design changes cannot be seen at the front but on the backside. A visor-style camera replacing the classy two-tone finish layout with neatly curved out holes for the camera received a mixed reaction among enthusiasts. The Pixel still looks 2020ish with the large punch-hole front camera and the chunky bezels around the screen. The glossy aluminium chassis and curved-out glass edges lend strength and premiums protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.

On the sides, the inverted positioning of the buttons remains, whereas the accented power key took off last year with the previous-gen. The keys are hard even to operate with intentionality. In contrast, Pixel 7 looks like an inferior offering, as the annoyance of big bezels is an eyesore in the smaller form factor, and the edges are oddly sharp.

Display

The Pixel 7 Pro and 7 host a 6.7 inch 3120×1440 OLED, 120 Hz and a 6.3 inch 2400×1800 OLED, 90Hz panel, respectively. The colour calibration is excellent and the outdoor visibility is outstanding. Both phones support Dolby Vision and HDR 10+.

Hardware and Performance

Last year, Google moved to its in-house developed Tensor chipsets. This year’s Tensor G2 comes with an advanced Mali-G710 GPU onboard. The bump in performance is not something that even Google likes to talk about.

The processing unit comes with a Samsung modem that solves out network reception issues of previous generations. The GPU is fabricated with a new imaging DSP, a superior machine learning-focused TPU and a new-gen Titan M2 security chip.

Software

Speaking of Pixel devices and skipping on the software front is an offence. The unskinned Android versions in the Google flagship are what android means in their purest form. Android 13 does not come with any groundbreaking features. However, Pixel-exclusive stuff is here, like Guided Frame, True Tone and Photo Unblur.

Camera

The devices come with a 50-megapixel primary camera which clicks sharp pictures in all lighting conditions. A 48-megapixel, 5x optical zoom camera can shoot up to 30x zoomed (digital) photos, which Pixel 7 lacks. The 12-megapixel wide-angle camera is one of the best in the market.

When the subject is too close to the camera, macro mode kicks in the Pixel 7 Pro automatically. The 10-megapixel front camera is also decent enough in every condition. With tons of details, slight underexposure and deep colour contrasts, Pixel phones have always had the edge over the others.

Google launched their devices in seventeen markets at the launch, including the USA, the UK and India. Pixel 7 and 7 Pro come with 128 GB internal memory with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM, respectively. The pricings are as follows:
