Travis “Beef Train” Streeter Discusses Cage Wars 40 Super-Heavyweight Title Fight vs. Bob Buskey

On February 9, 2019, Travis “Beef Train” Streeter (2-1) will be squaring up against Bob “Jits Panda” Buskey (1-1) for the USMTA’s (United State Muay Thai Association) Super-Heavyweight title fight. Streeter is coming off an impressive victory where he grinded out a three round unanimous decision over Patrick Ferrari. Cage Wars 40 returns to Rivers Resort and Casino in Schenectady, New York for the first of their five events at the Casino in 2019.

“Beef Train” enters this bout against the “Jits Panda” with a strong wrestling background and also holds a grappling victory over Buskey. Buskey is known for his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is a reason why “Beef Train” doesn’t plan to force any situations in the bout Cage Wars title bout.

While on Carroll’s Corner MMA Podcast, Streeter takes Kyle Carroll through his routine at Mohawk Valley MMA (MVMMA). In addition, he explains why he began training in mixed martial arts and his goals within the sport.

Streeter and Buskey have both been exchanging respectful banter on social media as they prepare for their bout. This fight has been gaining momentum and a great deal of attention with their trash talking online.

Streeter and Buskey will be fighting for the USMTA title. USMTA is the third-party sanctioning body overseeing the event on November 9, 2019. Buskey is seeking to climb above a .500 record while “Beef Train” plans to improve to 3-1 in his amateur career.
