Andre Soukhamthath (13-8) discusses his bantamweight fight against Guilherme Faria (16-8) at XFC 43 on Nov. 11. Andre also talks about moving back to Florida, training at American Top Team and signing a multi-fight contract with XFC. Andre spoke about how challenging booking his next fight has been since he was released from the UFC last year.
“I never thought being a free agent was so tough. And it was a tough man. A lot of questioning yourself, especially being cut from the UFC. Just a lot of questioning, do you want to do it? Things like that. Thank god for ATT because that just saved my career. Because just being here, even if I didn’t have a fight. I’ve been training in here like I had a fight because I enjoy being here.”
