Rodtang Jitmuangnon ordained as a Buddhist monk
ONE Championship Thai striking sensation Rodtang Jitmuangnon has been ordained as a Buddhist monk.
The 25-year-old fighter joined a monastery for two weeks, after shaving his head in a traditional ceremony. Reports also state that the famed kickboxer and Muay Thai specialist is set to be married next month.
” Another step of my life .Thank you everyone 🙏” Jitmuangnon wrote on social media.

In his most recent fight, the ONE flyweight Muay Thai champion recorded a unanimous decision win over China’s Jiduo Yibu at ONE Fight Night 6 on January 14 in Bangkok.
He picked up two unanimous decision wins in 2022, following a loss to mixed martial arts great Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson in a mixed-rules bout.
