Mickey Gall discusses COVID-19, future UFC plans and being in Mark Wahlberg’s new movie

Mickey Gall has been a busy guy over the past few months.

Currently during the COVID-19 pandemic, Gall is helping raise money for a local soup kitchen in Newark N.J. Gall’s mom runs the soup kitchen and he has been heavy involved with volunteering to feed the hungry since he was 13.

Aside from outstanding volunteer efforts, the 28-year-old has been busy training so he can get inside the octagon as soon as possible. UFC President Dana White told Gall that the promotion is planning on ramping up their schedule in 2020 by having fights two times a week.

Gall also recently spent some time on the set Mark Wahlberg’s new movie “Spenser Confidental.” That movie can be found on Netflix.

In the video above, John Eric Poli of MyMMANews caught up with Mickey Gall via FaceTime and got the latest information from the UFC welterweight.
